ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING

[NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 25, 2011, be modified in the following particulars:

On page 2, the first paragraph under the heading "FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL SUMMARY," delete the second sentence commencing with "Arellano received special training" and insert the following sentences in its place:

As a correctional officer, Arellano completed the initial six-week training course, which included drug training. He annually completed a refresher course, which was one week long, for the four years prior to his testimony. Arellano was assigned to the ISU on May 1, 2007, and subsequently underwent additional training on investigative skills.

There is no change in the judgment. Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied.
