It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgment rendered April 21, 2014 (KA 17-00154), and the order dated May 9, 2016 (KA 16-01139), are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
