Motion by the appellant, in effect, to withdraw an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered February 23, 2011, and to relieve assigned counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is deemed withdrawn, and assigned counsel is relieved.
