Judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered on resentence November 4, 1968, modified, on the law and the facts and in the exercise of discretion, by reducing the sentence imposed to 20 years to life. As so modified, judgment affirmed. In our opinion, the sentence was excessive to the extent indicated. Christ, P.J., Rabin, Munder, Kleinfeld and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
