People v. Ramos

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Dec 27, 1982
91 A.D.2d 691 (N.Y. App. Div. 1982)

Opinion

December 27, 1982

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), rendered May 22, 1981, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf. People v Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Mangano, J.P., O'Connor, Brown and Boyers, JJ., concur.
