(Sonoma County Super. Ct. No. 36514-J)
Appellant, minor Ramon P., was declared a ward of the court following a sustained violation of fighting with a rival gang member, a misdemeanor. He was ordered to participate and complete the Vista Academy. According to a probation status report, the minor is "doing very well in the program and is in compliance with his terms and conditions. [¶] . . . [¶] . . . [T]he minor has not only assimilated into the program, he has maintained a respectful and positive attitude."
Counsel for minor has filed an opening brief raising no issues and asking this court for an independent review of the record pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436. We have conducted the requested review and conclude that there are no arguable issues.
Appellant minor was represented throughout the proceedings by counsel. There was no error in the adjudication of wardship and no error or abuse of discretion in the disposition.
Judgment affirmed.
