CHERYL E. CHAMBERS, J.P. ROBERT J. MILLER, FRANCESCA E. CONNOLLY, VALERIE BRATHWAITE NELSON, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a determination of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 13, 2021. By order to show cause dated May 21, 2021, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the determination dated May 13, 2021, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission and leave to appeal has not been granted.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5701; Corrections Law § 168-n).

CHAMBERS, J.P., MILLER, CONNOLLY and BRATHWAITE NELSON, JJ., concur.
