On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 24, 2013, in the above-entitled matter on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 18, 2010, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "September 22, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "September 23, 2013."
