DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on appeals from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered October 18, 2010, and two judgments of conviction of the same court rendered April 7, 2011, to relieve assigned counsel of representing appellant on the appeals and to proceed pro se or, in the alternative, for leave to renew his prior motion for leave to serve and file pro se supplemental briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the above-enumerated appeals are consolidated solely for purposes of disposition of appellant's motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied.
