Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of amending the notice of appeal and order of assignment to include Docket Number 2017NY033066 and granting appellant leave to file an untimely notice of appeal. The Criminal Court Appeals Clerk is directed to file a notice of appeal on behalf of the defendant.
