Jeannette T. Proulx appeals from the judgment entered after a jury convicted her of possession of a controlled substance, methaphetamine. (Health & Saf. Code, § 11377, subd. (a).) Officers stopped appellant after she drove down the wrong side of the road, almost hitting an officer. Appellant had methaphetamine in her purse and was driving with a suspended driver's license and false vehicle registration tags.
The trial court suspended imposition of sentence and placed appellant on probation pursuant to Proposition 36 with terms and conditions. (Pen. Code, § 1210.1.)
We appointed counsel to represent appellant in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, counsel filed an opening brief raising no issues.
On September 21, 2007, we advised appellant that she had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that she wished to raise on appeal. We have not received a response.
We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that appellant's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)
The judgment is affirmed.
