It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on May 26, 2011, be modified as follows:

1. On page 43, first paragraph, the word “custody” shall be changed to the word “conduct”.

2. On page 43, second paragraph, the word “custody” shall be changed to the word “conduct”.

There is no change in the judgment.

Appellant’s petition for rehearing is denied.
