ORDER MODIFYING OPINION, DENYING REHEARING
NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT
THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on February 1, 2012, be modified as follows:
1. On page 4, in the fifth sentence of the second full paragraph, the words "tell Sanchez" are replaced with the word "say," so the sentence reads:
Chavez heard Prado say "you should know who I am . . . D-A-F" and saw him display his DAF tattoo.2. On page 17, in the last sentence of the first full paragraph, the words "told Sanchez" are replaced with the word "said," so the sentence reads:
Finally, Chavez stated that, before the attacks on Sanchez and Valdez, Prado displayed his DAF tattoo and said "you should know who I am . . . D-A-F."
Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied.
