Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended John G. Powell (Attorney Registration Number 17953) for six months, all stayed upon the successful completion of two-year period of probation, with conditions, effective July 7, 2011. Powell knowingly caused potential injury to one of his clients by neglecting her case and caused substantial financial injury to another client by charging an unreasonable fee. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.1, 1.3, 1.4(a)(2)-(4), 1.15(b), 1.16(d), and 8.4(c).
