People v. Powell

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Apr 23, 1979
69 A.D.2d 892 (N.Y. App. Div. 1979)

Opinion

April 23, 1979

Appeal by defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both rendered March 26, 1976, upon resentence. Judgments affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious grounds which could be raised on this appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631). Hopkins, J.P., Damiani, O'Connor and Mangano, JJ., concur.
