DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for order directing production of grand jury minutes, for extension of time to file reply brief and for calendar preference.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an order directing production of grand jury minutes is granted to the extent that the Schenectady County District Attorney is directed to release to Paul J. Connolly, Esq., on or before April 26, 2024, an unredacted copy of the grand jury minutes of January 24, 2014 and February 21, 2014, which shall not otherwise be copied, reproduced or provided to anyone else, including defendant, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file a reply brief is granted and the time is extended to May 6, 2024, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for a calendar preference is granted to the extent that the appeal is set down for the September 2024 term of the Court.
