Motion to be relieved of assignment and for an extension of time to allow for pro se perfection of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to be relieved of assignment is granted and assigned counsel is relieved from any further obligation to represent appellant, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to allow for pro se perfection of the appeal is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
