DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file less than nine copies of his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 12, 2010, and to be permitted to retain the transcripts provided to him by the Court. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to file less than nine copies of thes supplemental brief and to be permitted to retain the transcripts is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before July 8, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
