DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order to show cause dated November 23, 2011, and the decision and order on motion dated January 26, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, imposed September 6, 2011, are amended by deleting from the preambles thereof the words "Queens County," and substituting therefor the words "Suffolk County".
