An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 11, 2017, And petitioner-appellant having moved for modification of bail to release petitioner-appellant on her own recognizance, or for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of the parties dated October 2, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal is withdrawn, and the motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
