DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both rendered January 25, 2022. Motion by the respondent to mark confidential stated portions of the record and to direct the appellant's counsel not to disclose the contents of that portion of the record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the documents submitted by the respondent in connection with its application pursuant to CPL 245.70 in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, and the minutes of the July 7, 2020, and July 8, 2020, proceedings on that application which were held in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, are marked confidential and may not be viewed by the public, but may be viewed by the appellant's counsel and the respondent's counsel, and representatives of the appellant's counsel or the respondent's counsel, authorized in writing to view the confidential material, and the appellant's counsel may not disclose these materials or their contents to anyone other than those employed by the appellant's counsel or appointed to assist in the defense.
