Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Pole, case No. 1-02-3090 (06/18/04), and remand the case to the circuit court with instructions to vacate the summary dismissal of defendant's second pro se post-conviction petition, and to docket the petition for further consideration pursuant to the Post Conviction Hearing Act, 725 ILCS 5/122-1 et seq.
