DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County, rendered January 24, 2014, to compel the City Court to file the record on appeal with this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County, shall within 20 days of service by appellant upon it of a copy of this decision and order on motion forward the record to this court; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by January 8, 2016.
