Order unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: The confession of the codefendant Ploss added nothing to the People's proof that was not properly placed before the jury in the defendant's own confession. (See People v. McNeil, 24 N.Y.2d 550; cf. People v. Baker, 26 N.Y.2d 169.)
