Judgment of conviction of the Court of Special Sessions, Borough of Brooklyn, reversed upon the law and the facts, and new trial ordered. The judgment of conviction is not supported by competent evidence. Kelly, P.J., Manning, Young, Kapper and Lazansky, JJ., concur.
