It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on August 3, 2007, be modified as follows:

On page 14, first sentence of the third paragraph, the words “the trial court’s” are changed to “defense counsel’s” so the sentence reads:

At defense counsel’s request, Dr. Thomson examined defendant on September 23 and 30, 2004.

There is no change in the judgment.

Defendant’s petition for rehearing is denied.
