Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Queens County, rendered May 10, 1957, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, and sentencing him to serve a term of 7 1/2 to 15 years, and an additional term of 5 to 10 years for being armed. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Kleinfeld, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
