A decision and order of this Court having been entered on November 8, 2007 (Appeal No. 1912), unanimously affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Lieb, J.), rendered on May 25, 2005, And defendant-appellant pro se having moved for an order directing the People to provide defendant with the minutes of the Grand Jury proceedings, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
