People v. Pittao

Supreme Court of Michigan
Dec 21, 1999
606 N.W.2d 25 (Mich. 1999)

Opinion

Nos. 115373, 115374.

December 21, 1999.

On order of the Court, the applications for leave to appeal from the August 10, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals are considered, and DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court, but without prejudice to plaintiff's ability in Docket No. 115373 to again raise the MRE 404(b) issue in order to develop new theories of admissibility.

Cavanagh and Kelly, JJ., would simply deny leave to appeal.

Court of Appeals No. 213920.
