Renewal of motion to reverse judgment of the County Court of Clinton County convicting appellant of the crime of murder, first degree, by reason of delay on the part of the Clerk in furnishing a copy of the transcript of proceedings, denied. Gibson, P.J., Herlihy, Reynolds, Aulisi and Staley, Jr., JJ., concur.
