Respondent having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Wyoming County Court, rendered January 8, 2020, on the ground that appellant has failed to perfect timely the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed without further order unless perfected on or before April 8, 2022.
