People v. Pickard

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jun 5, 1995
216 A.D.2d 333 (N.Y. App. Div. 1995)

Opinion

June 5, 1995

Appeal from the County Court, Rockland County (Meehan, J.).

Ordered that the sentences are affirmed.

While the defendant's waiver of his right to appeal is unenforceable (see, People v. Leach, 203 A.D.2d 484), the sentence imposed is neither harsh nor excessive (see, People v. Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80). Mangano, P.J., Bracken, O'Brien, Pizzuto and Goldstein, JJ., concur.
