The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Two, with directions to vacate its decision and to reconsider the cause in light of People v. Lewis (2021) 11 Cal.5th 952, 971-972 and People v. Strong (2022) 13 Cal.5th 698. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)

Appellant Barbara Lynn Phillips's “Informal request to re-submit Motion for Marsden Hearing and Motion for Substitution of Counsel” is denied without prejudice to the submission of the request in the Court of Appeal.

Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
