ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING

MOORE, J.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 11, 2012, be modified as follows:

1. On page 3, in the fourth full paragraph, the third sentence should read: “A small knife was found in the possession of one of defendant’s companions.”

2. On page 5, in the third full paragraph, the word “involuntary” should read “voluntary.”

This modification does not change the judgment. The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
