In a coram nobis proceeding, defendant appeals from an order of the former County Court, Kings County, entered April 2, 1962, which denied, without a hearing, his application to vacate a judgment of said court rendered April 5, 1954, on his plea of guilty, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, armed, and imposing sentence. Order affirmed. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Hill, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
