Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended William Ellery Peters (Attorney Registration No. 11325) from the practice of law for a period of thirty days, all stayed upon the successful completion of a one-year period of probation, effective July 15, 2010. Respondent negligently failed to adequately explain to his client how a flat fee would be earned and negligently failed to respond to requests for information from his client about the fee. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4(a)(3), and Colo. RPC 1.5(b).
