Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the judgment of the Appellate Court, First District, in case No. 1-96-0037, 303 Ill.App.3d 138, 236 Ill.Dec. 462, 707 N.E.2d 589, is vacated. The appellate court is ordered to conduct a case-specific inquiry in order to determine whether the record supports a remand for a retrospective fitness hearing.
