DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals and for permission to exceed page limitation for the appellate brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to February 5, 2018. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay. It is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to exceed the page limitation of the appellate brief is granted to the extent that appellant may file and serve a 100 page brief.
