Motion, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for extension of time to move for permission to appeal and, pursuant to CPL 460.15, for permission to appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to move for permission to appeal is granted, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for permission to appeal is referred to Justice Egan, who makes the following decision: Motion granted, and the appeal shall be heard together with the appeal from the judgment of conviction.
