Motions by respondent to consolidate appeals from five judgments of the District Court of Nassau County, Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, entered February 18, 2015, and for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that respondent's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions seeking to consolidate the appeals are granted to the extent that respondent may serve and file an original and five copies of a single respondent's brief bearing all five appeal numbers and that there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all of the appeals at the same time; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions seeking an enlargement of time to file a respondent's brief are granted and the respondent shall have 30 days from the date of this decision and order on motion in which to serve and file the respondent's brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant shall have 14 days from the date that the respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion in which to serve and file a reply brief.
