People v. Perez

Appellate Term of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 30, 2008
2008 N.Y. Slip Op. 52203 (N.Y. App. Term 2008)

Opinion

2007-603 W CR.

Decided October 30, 2008.

Appeal from judgments of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County (Michael A. Martinelli, J.), rendered March 8, 2007. The judgments convicted defendant, upon her guilty pleas, of two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and bail jumping in the third degree.

Judgments of conviction affirmed.

PRESENT: RUDOLPH, P.J., TANENBAUM and SCHEINKMAN, JJ.

We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Paige, 54 AD2d 631).

Rudolph, P.J., Tanenbaum and Scheinkman, JJ., concur.
