DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of Ulster County Court, rendered March 16, 2016, to adjudge Cathy Nilsson, a former court reporter, to be in criminal contempt of court for willful failure to comply with the lawful mandate of this Court contained in the decision and order of this Court dated July 26, 2018, directing her to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the court proceeding which occurred on February 17, 2016, or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such date, on or before August 27, 2016 in the above-entitled matter.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, and a hearing having been held thereon, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
