Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, Jerry G. Percy from the practice of law for a period of twelve months with all but two months stayed during a ten-month period of probation subject to conditions. While under administrative suspension from the practice of law for failure to complete the required number of continuing legal education courses, respondent counseled clients regarding their real estate transactions. Respondent did not understand he was required to be licensed to render these services to clients. When informed that he was practicing law without a license, he immediately desisted from providing further services to clients. Respondent's conduct violated Colo. RPC 5.5(a). Respondent was ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
