Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of Cayuga County Court, rendered January 7, 2010 and April 1, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Thomas R. Villecco, Esq. dated May 28, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Kristin L. Garland, Esq. dated June 3, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the judgments rendered January 7, 2010 and April 1, 2010 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
