ORDER

By order of January 3, 2024, while retaining jurisdiction, we remanded this case to the 52-3 District Court for further proceedings. On order of the Court, the district court decision on remand having been received, the application for leave to appeal the May 3, 2023 order of the Court of Appeals is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
