ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING


[NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT: It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 27, 2011, be modified as follows:

1. On page 8, line 10 of the second full paragraph, the text "and the video depicts one of the perpetrators of the robbery holding such a purse" is added after the word "robbery" so that the sentence reads:

Finally, a photograph of the purse discovered in the getaway car matches the purse carried by a customer who entered the Walgreen's at the time of the robbery, and the video depicts one of the perpetrators of the robbery holding such a purse.
There is no change in the judgment.

Respondent's petition for rehearing is denied.
