Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered April 8, 2011 and April 15, 2011,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mary P. Davison, Esq. dated October 6, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from

the judgments rendered April 8, 2011 and April 15, 2011 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
