Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Rita Mella, J.), rendered June 20, 2008, convicting him, upon a plea of guilty, of attempted petit larceny, and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction (Rita Mella, J.), rendered June 20, 2008, affirmed.

PRESENT: Torres, J.P., Shulman, Hunter, Jr., JJ.


Application by appellate counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833, 834). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
