LC No. 18-008252-01-FC

ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

On the Court's own motion, appellant's motion for reconsideration is STRICKEN. On September 19, 2023, appellant was notified that the motion was defective for failure to (1) provide proof of service on the prosecution, and (2) provide a copy of the order from which reconsideration was sought pursuant to MCR 7.215(I)(1). Appellant was also notified that he had 14 days from the date of this Court's correspondence to cure such defects and that his motion for reconsideration would be stricken if he failed to do so. The time for curing the defects has passed with no response from appellant. This order is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the court rules.
