ORDER
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the November 29, 2022 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D). To the extent the application seeks leave to appeal the denial of the defendant's request for reissuance of his judgments under MCR 6.428, it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
